ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within Canada only. A physical address is required for delivery. PO boxes may not be eligible due to carrier restrictions.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal volume.
Shipping may take longer during holidays, promotions, or severe weather conditions.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Beyond The Green from within Canada.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it upon request. Please email hello@beyondthegreen.ca as soon as possible and our team will assist. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.


RETURNS

How do I return my order?
To begin a return, email hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
A prepaid return label is provided only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Will you refund my shipping costs?
Return shipping is covered only when the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.


PAYMENTS & DISCOUNT CODES

All product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Where do I apply a promotional code or gift card?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code / Gift card” field before completing your purchase.

How many promo codes can I use at once?
Only one discount code may be applied per order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Which products are excluded from discounts?
New releases, limited-edition items, and select clearance products may not be eligible. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page.

Do orders include taxes and duties?
Sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to additional duties.

Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, it may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Contact us at hello@beyondthegreen.ca and we will resend it.

Why should I create an account?
Creating an account allows you to save your shipping details, track orders, and view your order history.

I forgot my password — what do I do?
Select “Forgot your password?” on the login page to receive a reset link.

How do I contact customer service?
