This Return & Refund Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through beyondthegreen.ca. Beyond The Green is committed to providing transparent and reliable customer service.
Beyond The Green is an online-only retailer and does not offer in-person returns or exchanges.

Returns & Refunds Overview
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined in this policy will be accepted and refunded after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original, resaleable condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Footwear may be tried on indoors only. Items showing outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
- Items sold as a set must be returned in full.
- Returns for non-defective items are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift certificates
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Items that show wear, damage, or use
Sale items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
How to Start a Return
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before sending back any item. Returns without authorization may experience delays in processing.
- Email hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and your RA#.
- Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of your return package.
- Ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is delivered, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.
After a refund is issued, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
In most cases, refunds are fully processed within approximately 10 business days from the date of approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@beyondthegreen.ca.
Return shipping is covered when the error is on our end.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all approved returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return labels are provided only for damaged or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees are charged.
International Orders
We currently ship and accept returns within Canada only.
Condition on Arrival
Items that do not meet return requirements may be rejected or returned to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian consumer law.
Authenticity & Product Condition
All products are new and authentic, sourced directly from authorized partners. Returned items must remain in resaleable condition.

Beyond The Green is operated by G&G Golf Company Inc., the legal entity responsible for all transactions, fulfillment, and customer support. All purchases are processed by G&G Golf Company Inc., which is the merchant of record.
We do not use dropshipping or third-party fulfillment services. Beyond The Green operates exclusively online and does not offer in-person shopping, pickup, or returns. This location is not open to the public.
