Where We Ship
We ship to residential and commercial addresses within:

We do not ship to PO boxes or international destinations outside Canada and the U.S.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST.

Orders typically require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (Holiday Season, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week).
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Canada – Ground Shipping

United States – Standard Shipping

Peak Season Notice
Delivery times may be extended due to carrier volume during high-traffic periods (Holiday Season, Boxing Week, Cyber Week).
These delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Canada

Free ground shipping on orders over $99 CAD.

Orders under $99 CAD ship at rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
United States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to U.S. orders at this time.
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Express & Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer express shipping at checkout.
If you require expedited delivery, please email 📩hello@beyondthegreen.ca before 11 AM PST with your postal code.
Our team will provide a custom quote based on the fastest available option.

Tracking Information
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Split Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.
Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
Delivery Issues

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and cannot be estimated by Beyond The Green.
Carrier delays related to customs clearance are outside our control.
