Shipping Policy I Beyond the Green

Beyond The Green is committed to providing clear, accurate, and transparent shipping information. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through beyondthegreen.ca.


Where We Ship

We ship exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within Canada.
A physical address is required for delivery. PO boxes may not be eligible due to carrier restrictions.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding statutory holidays.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped by Beyond The Green in Canada.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (Holiday Season, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week).

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped directly to customers. In-person pickup is not available at this time.

Canada – Ground Shipping

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 1–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

  • Rural or remote regions may require additional transit time due to geographic or weather-related factors.

Peak Season Notice

Delivery times may be extended during high-volume periods (Holiday Season, Boxing Week, Cyber Week) after shipment due to carrier capacity constraints.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Canada-wide ground shipping on orders over $99 CAD.

  • Orders under $99 CAD ship at rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


Express & Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer express shipping at checkout.

If you require expedited delivery, please email 📩hello@beyondthegreen.ca before 11 AM PST prior to order shipment with your postal code.
Our team may be able to provide alternative shipping options based on carrier availability.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through one or more of the following carriers:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

The carrier used depends on destination, package size, and service availability.


Tracking Information

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
To track your order:

  • Visit your My Account page, or

  • Use the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email

Split Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.
Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.


Delivery Issues

Please contact us if:

  • Your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window

  • Tracking shows no updates for more than 3 business days

  • Your package arrives damaged or tampered with

  • Your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located

Delivery issues should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date so we can assist promptly.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or peak-season volume are outside of our control. Beyond The Green does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, including in cases of carrier-related delays outside of our control.


Pricing & Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
