Return Policy

Beyond The Green is committed to offering premium products and clear, transparent customer service. The following policy outlines how returns are handled for purchases made through beyondthegreen.ca.

Beyond The Green is an online-only retailer and does not offer in-person returns or exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking, provided the conditions below are met.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original, resaleable condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (including boxes, bags, and protective materials) must be included

  • Footwear may be tried on indoors only; items showing signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted

  • Items sold as a set must be returned in full


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift certificates

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

  • Items showing wear, damage, or use

Sale items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked “Final Sale” at checkout.


How to Start a Return

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before sending back any item. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

To request an RA#:

  1. Email 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with your RA#

  3. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of your return package

  4. Ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method

All returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet eligibility requirements before a refund is issued.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

  • 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your order number and photos where applicable.

Return shipping is covered when the issue is the result of our error.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping labels are provided only for damaged or incorrect items.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.


International Orders

At this time, Beyond The Green ships and processes returns within Canada only.
International shipping and returns are not currently supported.
