Return Policy

Beyond The Green is committed to offering quality products and transparent customer service. The following policy outlines how returns are handled for purchases made through  beyondthegreen.ca.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the conditions below are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (boxes, bags, protective materials) must be included.

  • Footwear must be tried on indoors only. Items showing signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted.

  • Products sold as a set must be returned in full.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift certificates

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

  • Items that show wear, damage, or use


How to Start a Return

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before sending back any item. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

To request an RA#:

  1. Email 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with your RA#.

  3. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of your return package.

  4. Ship your return using a trackable, insured shipping method. Please keep your receipt and tracking number until the return is complete.

All items are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

  • 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or style.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:  📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca 

We will review the issue and provide return instructions. Return shipping is covered when the error is on our end.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


U.S. Returns

Returns from the United States follow the same 30-day return window.
Customers are responsible for any international return shipping fees, duties, or customs charges.


Condition on Arrival

Items that do not meet the return requirements — such as worn, washed, damaged, or missing packaging/tags — may be rejected or returned to the customer.


Authenticity & Product Condition

All products sold by Beyond The Green are new, authentic, and sourced directly from authorized brand partners. Returned items must remain in new, resaleable condition.

Return Shipping Guidance

We recommend using a registered courier with tracking.
Beyond The Green is not responsible for lost return packages.
